Refund Policy

At Dream Stream, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must come in the original box with all the accessories.
- Cost of missing accessories will be deducted from refund.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original method of payment with a 20% restocking fee on purchase of refundable items.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Dream Stream subscription.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at admin@dreamstreaming.net.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
